These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are between Al Qimma Motive for Sale and Purchase of Cars Co. SPC ("Alghanim") and you as an end user of Alghanim's web site located at [www.exeedalghanimkw.com] (or any successor site) (the "Site"). Changes in law or changes in Alghanim's business may require changes to be made to the Terms from time to time, so Alghanim encourages you to review the Terms periodically for any such changes. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with any term in the Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue your use of the Site.
II. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE:
The Site is provided as a service to you and is intended for you to (i) obtain information about the Chery vehicles that are offered for sale by Alghanim (“Vehicles”) and along with a price estimation, (ii) book a test drive for a Vehicle, (iii) buy a Vehicle whether in installments or cash, (iv) trade-in your vehicle with a new Vehicle and (v) book an appointment for your Vehicle regular service.
The prices of Vehicles listed on the Site often exclude taxes, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular Vehicle. The final price and other terms of any sale remain subject to the terms of the sale contract entered into between the buyer and the seller. Before purchasing a Vehicle or any other good or service you have read about on the Site, you should confirm with the seller any information, including the price that is important to your purchasing decision.
Alghanim reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Site at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information in the Site.
Linked Sites - Any links or references to other Internet sites ("hyperlinks") contained on the Site are provided by Alghanim merely as a convenience to users of the Site, and Alghanim is not responsible for the content or operation of any such linked sites. Any hyperlinks to such linked sites should no way be construed as an endorsement, representation(s) or promotion by Alghanim as to the content, representations, accuracy, products or services found or otherwise described in such linked sites. Use of these linked sites is done at your own risk.

III. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, OPINIONS, EVALUATIONS, DESCRIPTIONS OR CONSULTATIONS OF ANY KIND FURNISHED BY ALGHANIM, TO THE CONTRARY YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
Alghanim does not warrant that the Site or any of the services or materials available through it will be uninterrupted or free from errors.
There may be delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in materials or services available through the Site.
Alghanim makes no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or non-infringement of any content on the Site or services available through it, including the user content.
Alghanim reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in the Site and to improve the contents at any time without notice. If you rely on the Site and any materials or services available through it, you do so entirely at your own risk. Furthermore, Alghanim reserves the right to alter, limit or discontinue the provision of any of the services contained in the Site.

The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to the conflict of laws rules. If any portion of the Terms is held to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, such unenforceable, invalid or illegal portions shall not affect the remainder of the Terms. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action against Alghanim related to the Site or the Terms in any forum more than one (1) year after the date on which such claim arises.
